I’m a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people move better, feel better, and get back to doing the things they love! I believe every person is different, so every session is tailored to your specific needs, whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, managing stress, or just need time to relax and recharge.

My approach combines therapeutic techniques with a genuine desire to understand what’s causing your discomfort, not just where it hurts. I enjoy working through problem areas while making sure you feel comfortable, heard, and cared for throughout your session.

I graduated from the 1100-hour program at Elite Massage Academy in Fargo, ND in April of 2024 and is well-versed in many techniques including: Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Cupping, , CoreStone Migraine Treatments, Prenatal, Medical, and Athletic Massage. 

When I’m not in the treatment room, I’m usually spending time with my husband Mason and our son. We love tackling renovation projects, or getting involved in local history and community events.

Building meaningful relationships with my clients and serving my community are some of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
